The German Minister of State for Culture and Media, Claudia Roth, together with the Vice President of North Rhine-Westphalia‘s State Parliament, Berîvan Aymaz, visited our DOMiD office in Cologne on 19th 2022. On that occasion Sandra Vacca had the opportunity to present our project DOMiDLabs: Making Museum Design Participatory.
DOMiDLabs, funded by the German Federal Cultural Foundation, helps DOMiD create a multifaceted and engaging migration museum from the early planning phase on. During her visit, the Minister of State for Culture and Media emphasized the huge importance of such a museum for German society.
